GRUPO MCI selected Coperon Technologies for its ability in providing online catalog solutions, capable of managing the multitude of configurations...

GRUPO MCI, founded in 1972 in Barcelona, is an international leading engineering and manufacturer company of integral architectural lighting solutions for indoor and outdoor lighting applications. MCI Light is one of GRUPO MCI brands that provides a new lighting experience to customers, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor lighting products, many of can be customized to fit specific applications.


What We Did:
GRUPO MCI selected Coperon Technologies for its ability in providing online catalog solutions, capable of managing the multitude of configurations MCI Lights propose and for its proven record in supporting companies from the lighting industry. Based on a design provided by GRUPO MCI, Coperon deployed its Content Management System for the editing of the website corporate pages. For the online catalog and product configurator, Coperon’s product information management system handled the specificities of the different products families. Rules were set to assist in the product code configuration, options selections, the final generation of a product code and its related product data sheet. Coperon content team handled the enrichment, in Spanish and English, of the website pages and products catalog.


The Outcome:
The deployment of the product code configurator simplified GRUPO MCI need to showcase the large number of possibilities its product lines can offer. Specific generation of products data sheets answered the expectations of GRUPO MCI professional partners, such as lighting designers, architects, engineers…; it provided them with custom designed fixtures to fit their particular applications.

For more than a century, Debbas has been proposing innovative lighting solutions, offering reputable European & American lighting products. With the introduction of its new brand, The Light Avenue, Debbas launched one of the first specialized lighting e-shops in the Middle East, designed and enriched to make sure that clients will experience online the same shopping satisfaction.


What We Did:
Coperon was chosen by Debbas for its proven experience in providing online catalogs for the lighting companies. The e-Commerce platform was deployed as a backend and configured to handle the specificities of the lighting fixtures. Comprehensive properties were selected to help narrow the results and assist the online clients into getting to the right products. A payment platform was integrated to complete the sales cycle. More than 1000 products references were enriched with their complete technical information. 


The Outcome:
From the days the site went live, Debbas witnessed a sustained growth of the website audience that concretizes into new sales opportunities. A digital marketing campaign will be set soon to improve the global reach of the online brand and penetrate new territories. More brands and products will be added permanently to expand the choices offered to clients.

What we did:
Coperon assisted Sarah’s Bag team in the development of their eCommerce platform. The activities covered the implementation of a custom design, advice on the organization of the online catalog, products information enrichment and the integration of online payment. Considering that the application of a Digital Strategy is an essential key to success in online sales, Coperon assesses regularly the site activity with an objective to improve the sales; users’ behavior was shared with Sarah’s Marketing team and the website was adapted accordingly. Coperon coaches and assists the Marketing team in the optimization of their digital marketing strategy and the re-alignment of the strategy. 


The outcome:
From the days the site went live, Sarah’s bag witnessed a sustained growth of its market reach. The robustness of the platform, the quality of the website content and the adoption of a multi-channel marketing strategy maximized the opportunities that concretized into an increase of Sarah’s bag sales.

Stuttgart Germany/Beirut Lebanon, 25 April 2017 - Coperon Technologies, provider of catalog content management software and services, headquartered in Lebanon and InBetween, Germany-based leading database publishing expert, have signed a new agreement with the intention of expanding the cooperation to joint sales and marketing activities with a focus on the Middle East and North African region.


While Coperon and InBetween have already been working together on a technical level based on mutual customer situations, the new agreement intends to further strengthen the commercial aspect of the cooperation. Coperon will, as of now, act as regional representative for InBetween in a large number of Arabic countries.

Coperon Technologies will attend the biennial meeting of Euroluce in Milan, the International Lighting Fair.

Euroluce is one of the biggest International Lighting Exhibition. Euroluce 2017 is going to be held on 4-9 April 2017 at Fiera Milano, Milan, Italy. The 53rd edition of the Salone closed on an extremely positive high, with the over 2,500 Italian and foreign exhibitors at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, SaloneSatellite and the biennial Euroluce. The figures: 324,093 visitors overall. 285,698 of them from within the sector, with 160 different countries accounting for 68% of total presences, making the Salone not just international but global.
